Cloverleaf Therapy was founded in 2016 by Heather Steimlosk, LCSW. Ms. Steimlosk is a clinical social worker who specializes in working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
After moving back to her hometown of Idaho Falls, Ms. Steimlosk recognized the need to develop services that were tailored more specifically to the needs of families in southeast Idaho and established Cloverleaf Therapy.
Prior to returning to Idaho Falls, Ms. Steimlosk was a therapist at Children’s Village, a Neurodevelopmental Center of Excellence, in Yakima, Washington. Ms. Steimlosk was a member of a team of children’s counselors who specialized in working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral problems. Ms. Steimlosk was a Leadership in Education of Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) fellow through the University of Washington where she received additional post-graduate experience in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.
Ms. Steimlosk was chair of the Autism Oversight Committee, in the Yakima Valley as well as a member of the Autism Diagnostic Clinic. Ms. Steimlosk graduated with a Masters of Social Work from Boise State University and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Idaho in Sociology and Spanish.
